How URL affect on Search Result
Google display search result depend upon search query appear into page title, page URL, meta tags ( description, keywords), header tag and content. Priority of finding query is first in title, second URL, third meta tags, then header tag and lastly content.
If major keyword is appear into title and URL of page will definitely help to increase in search engine ranking.
What is Good URL and Bad URL
Good URL is one which cover most important keyword from content and guide to search engine for indexing. Bad URL is unstructured and misguide search engine from indexing. Now look example of URL from this blog.

Create Permalink in Blogger
- Login to Blogger.
- Create New Post (Once your post published, you can not change URL of post).
- In post setting, select Permalink.
- Select Custom Permalink,add your custom permalink and click on Done
- Blogger permalink not support special characters like $ @ ^ # & () * ! % _ + - : " = <> ? / ' ; {} . []
- Also Google recommended dash(-) character for separating word in URL instead of underscore( _ ).
